Great Western Studios has a fob access system throughout the building as well as 24hour security. There is CCTV coverage across the Studios and an intruder detection system around the perimeter of the building.
24 Hour Access
All tenants can gain access to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our fob access system. Our fantastic management team are on reception 8:30am-6pm, Monday to Friday and there is maintenance company on site to manage the upkeep of the building.
Meeting Areas
Great Western Studios has a beautiful meeting room with capacity for up to 12 people. The meeting room incorporates the latest technology, benefits from fully serviced catering from Otto’s Café and can be used to host discussions, workshops and presentations. Our studio spaces are also available to host larger meetings and events as well as being adaptable to use as a photographic studio. These spaces are rented on an hourly, daily or weekly rate and studio holders benefit from discounted access. In addition to this, Great Western Studios has plenty of breakout meeting space in the stunning atrium.
Fast Internet
High speed internet is available through our superfast buildingwide Wi-Fi as well as POLYCOM phone systems with voicemail and conferencing. Our provider, Excell, will find the correct package to suit your requirements.
Bike Storage
Great Western Studios offers gated storage for up to 100 bicycles and 20 motorcycles.
Showers
Our newly renovated easy access showers are available for all Studio Holders to use.
