Marketing Co-ordinator Job Description

Great Western Studios is a busy and fast paced environment of over 100 creative studios based on the bank of the Grand Union canal where Notting Hill meets Maida Vale. The exceptional service and facilities we offer is what makes the studio holders choose to base their businesses here. The role of Marketing Co-ordinator is a varied one; working alongside the Studios manager and with our existing team to raise the studios’ profile, drive traffic to the website, generate leads,  organise and host events and provide reception support and cover.

 

Responsibilities

 

Overall

  • Work as part of a small team to ensure the Studios are running smoothly
  • Work with our 3rd party suppliers to raise the Studios profile
  • Produce and share a high-level marketing report illustrating trends, where leads have come from and making suggestions for further progress
  • Strive for high customer engagement and satisfaction

 

Marketing

  • Attend and minute marketing meetings, noting actions Manage our website, working alongside our web development agency
    • Provide up to date content
    • Update availability listings
    • Monitor and understand the user journey and optimise website to increase engagement
  • Social Media
  • Run our social media channels with a clear programme and mix of content
  • Monitor and report on engagement
  • Creative
  • Prepare promotional material for internal and external campaigns
  • Create a monthly newsletter, promoting studio holders, the building and welcoming new occupiers
  • Dress vacant studios to increase interest
  • Ensure the billboard is up-to-date at all times, showing vacant studios and providing Studio Holders with a platform to promote
  • Email marketing
  • Create engaging and informative newsletters
  • Use email marketing for business drives such as referral schemes
  • Customer Engagement
  • Co-ordinate and run value added events and campaigns for the Studio Holders
  • Liaise with Studio Holders to support their business promotion with, company spotlights, billboard and interactive internal screen inclusions

Reception

  • Cover reception over lunch breaks, holiday and where there are absences
  • Ensure there is always a warm and professional welcome to all at Great Western Studios
  • Ensure visitors are appropriately signed in and check out of the building
  • Ensure all calls to the Studios are answered in a timely manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all levels to all clients, suppliers and studio holders

The hours and days per week to be confirmed. A level of flexibility is required to support the needs to the business.
