The majority of our studios are offered unfurnished, giving you the freedom to design your space as you wish. However, we do offer a couple of furnished studios.

Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome – GWS is a pet-friendly space.
We’re more than just a space. GWS fosters a supportive creative community and regularly shares opportunities, events like PR, social media and finance workshops and helpful connections to help your business grow.
Yes. From exhibitions and talks to seasonal socials and networking meetups, we host a range of events throughout the year to bring the community together.
The building is open 24/7 for studio holders. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8.00 PM.
Service charge is £10.75 per sq ft . Business rates are separate, charged via Westminster Council and vary depending on your studio size and location.
Studios range from compact spaces for individuals to larger studios suitable for growing teams. We offer a variety of sizes to suit different business needs.

We offer flexible leases, typically starting from 12 months, with longer options terms available where you can benefit from rent free periods and break right options.
Yes in our dedicated co-working space, The Depot. Monthly rent is £395.00 and includes a desk, chair, drawers and locker. The monthly cost is all inclusive including: broadband/Wi-Fi, electricity, service charge, studio cleaning and tea and coffee (plus dairy and non-dairy milks). You will also have access to shared workspace, meeting rooms, communal areas and the wider GWS facilities – perfect for freelancers or remote teams.
We’re home to a vibrant mix of creative and entrepreneurial businesses – including designers, architects, artists, photographers, writers, marketing teams, product designers, digital studios and more. It’s a diverse and collaborative community.
We’re based in West London, on the banks of the Grand Union Canal in North Notting Hill.

Yes, visitors are welcome. Guest sign-in is required at reception for security, and meeting spaces can be booked in advance for presentations or team sessions.
