Daniel Azaro was born in San Fernando Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied at Colegio San Fernando and the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where he studied Architecture. In the 1970s due to the political situation in Argentina he left and settled in London where he became a skilful designer and creator of custom jewellery, in one instance creating a series of seven necklaces using ancient Mongolian amber as the unifying theme. He also made unique jewellery pieces and objects for film makers such as Ken Russell and for photo shoots for Vogue magazine and also album covers.
His work appears in private collections in Zurich, France, Switzerland, New York, Argentina and London. In addition he has been commissioned to produce unique furniture pieces for private clients and is currently involved in the restoration of a large ancient rural structure in Italy.
