Yoga and Pilates classes with X-Club
Calling all Yoga and Pilates fans…We’ve partnered with X-Club, Pilates and Wellbeing to launch new summer classes at Great Western Studios, Notting Hill!
Re-energise with our lunchtime Mat Pilates and Yoga classes:
**TUESDAYS: 12:30-13:15PM – Yoga with Stella**
Stella is a wonderful Pilates & Yoga trainer, who also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. She has extensive training and experience instructing group classes and 1:1 training. She has developed the skillset to create an inviting and energetic environment in which people feel simultaneously supported in their fitness journeys!
**THURSDAYS: 12:30-13:15PM – Mat Pilates with Raza**
Raza is a long-standing member of the X-Club team who is passionate about health and wellbeing. Having trained at the London Pilates Academy in Mat Pilates, she enjoys all forms of Pilates, specialising in Mat and bodyweight methods. Raza’s classes are fun, engaging and informative, with spicy workouts to strengthen and tone!
Starts 1st August with weekly classes until 7th September. GWS clients can try their first class FREE* with a special rate of £8 per class thereafter!
