Form Nutrition: Building Wellbeing Without Compromise

By Argjenda Miftari

For Form Nutrition, wellbeing has never been just about protein. From day one, the mission has been bigger than creating supplements. It’s about proving that performance, sustainability and exceptional design can exist together – that looking after your body should never come at the expense of looking after the planet.

Based at Great Western Studios, Form has grown into a globally recognised certified B Corp, producing award-winning plant-based protein, nootropics and nutrition bars that challenge the conventions of the wellness industry. Behind the products is a team driven by science, guided by purpose and committed to making every decision count. As part of the GWS community, Form is also extends an exclusive 20% discount to all GWS studio holders – a thoughtful perk from one creative studio holder to another.

This month, we caught up with Natalia Bojanic, Co-Founder of Form Nutrition, to talk about building a purpose-led business, creating products backed by science rather than trends, and why looking after people and the planet should always go hand in hand.

It all started with a simple question.

The founders kept running into the same problem. The products they wanted simply weren’t on the shelves. Plant-based nutrition often felt like an afterthought-chalky, over-processed, wrapped in unnecessary plastic and built around clever marketing rather than genuine wellbeing. Instead of settling, they decided to build the company they wished already existed. “Why should doing right by your body and doing right by the planet ever be in tension?” became the question that shaped everything Form would become.

Science first. Community always.

New ideas rarely arrive as flashes of inspiration. Instead, every new product begins where three things overlap: robust scientific evidence, real conversations with the Form community and one constant challenge – can this be done better than what’s already available? Only when those three elements align does a new product earn its place. It’s a slower process than chasing trends, but that’s exactly the point.

Choosing the long game.

The wellness industry moves fast. Every week seems to bring a new superfood, miracle ingredient or overnight trend. Form has deliberately chosen a different path. Rather than asking what’s popular today, the team asks a much simpler question: Would we still believe in this product five years from now? If the answer isn’t yes, it doesn’t get made. That long-term thinking extends far beyond ingredients.

As a certified B Corp, sustainability isn’t treated as a separate initiative, it’s embedded into every decision. Packaging, suppliers, ingredients and logistics are all viewed through the same lens. As the team puts it, “If a decision looks good on the balance sheet but bad for the planet, it isn’t really a good decision.”

What part of building Form has surprised you the most?

“The incredible community support we continually receive all over the world! That’s the most rewarding part. Reading and seeing how the products are supporting people’s wellbeing and how much they love what we’ve created.”

The reality behind building a global brand.

Ask someone what they imagine a founder does all day and they’ll probably picture strategy meetings and big decisions. The reality is rather different. One hour might be spent discussing the science behind a future product launch. The next could involve filming a TikTok that’s suddenly gone viral. It’s less glamorous than people imagine, but far more rewarding. Among the constant variety, one thing remains non-negotiable: making space for personal wellbeing through spirituality, movement, meaningful relationships and rest. After all, it’s difficult to build a wellbeing company without practising what you preach.

Finding a home at Great Western Studios.

For Form, moving into Great Western Studios changed more than just the address. Having a dedicated studio created space for spontaneous conversations, quicker decision-making and the kind of creativity that naturally happens when people work side by side. It’s also become somewhere to focus, so much so that weekends in the studio once doubled as study sessions while completing a Master’s degree.

And then there are the everyday moments that make GWS feel like home: the flood of natural light, the welcoming atmosphere, the friendly faces from the GWS team and, as the founder admits with a smile, having SHAG hair salon just next door certainly doesn’t hurt.

Looking ahead.

Right now, Form is increasingly inspired by the growing conversation around the connection between mind and body – how attention, stillness and rest can be just as fundamental to wellbeing as nutrition itself. Away from the studio, nature continues to be the greatest source of inspiration. Sometimes the clearest ideas don’t arrive at a desk at all.
