Our passion is for residential buildings, but the scope of our work ranges from small domestic alterations and extensions to larger commercial developments, typically low to medium-rise structures. Our work covers London, Essex and the surrounding areas.
As chartered structural engineers, our work consists of designs for new building work as well as structural designs for building alterations, including basements. We assist in the Party Wall process as well as provide assistance to contractors for their temporary works designs and steelwork and reinforced concrete detailing. Our reporting work covers appraisals of existing buildings from clarifications for pre-purchase surveys through to complex subsidence and other insurance claims.
Our range of collaborators includes architects, developers, loss adjusters, contractors, and surveyors, as well as direct with building owners and end users.
